The Associate Brand Protection Analyst is responsible for supporting the organizations brand integrity by monitoring investigating and reporting on potential intellectual property infringements. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to detect assess and mitigate risks associated with counterfeiting unauthorized use and other forms of brand misuse. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the companys reputation and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor online and offline marketplaces websites and social media channels for potential brand infringements.
Conduct investigations into suspected counterfeit unauthorized sales or misuse of trademarks and copyrighted materials.
Compile analyze and summarize findings preparing comprehensive reports for internal review and potential legal action.
Collaborate with legal compliance and marketing teams to implement proactive brand protection strategies.
Engage with external partners law enforcement and third-party vendors to facilitate enforcement actions.
Maintain accurate records of investigations enforcement actions and resolutions.
Assist in the development and delivery of brand protection training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
Stay current with industry trends technologies and best practices in anti-counterfeiting intellectual property and brand protection.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Criminal Justice Law or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2 years of experience in brand protection compliance investigations or a related discipline preferred.
Strong analytical investigative and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with internet research monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (commensurate with experience and Qualification)
