Job Summary
Job Title:Warehouse Associate
Location:Nashville TN (Onsite)
Position Summary:
seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate. This role is essential in supporting daily warehouse operations including picking packing shipping receiving and material handling. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience excellent time management and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced physical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack items accurately to fulfill customer orders.

Perform various warehousing tasks such as shipping receiving stocking order pulling and loading/unloading trucks.

Operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided as needed).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and regulations.

Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as set by warehouse supervisors and team leads.

Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team members to meet department and operational goals.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 2 years of warehouse experience or 1 year of warehouse experience within Ricoh.

Ability to read write and perform basic math.

Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing tasks that require bending reaching squatting and standing for long periods.

Must be able to follow directions manage time effectively and complete tasks within deadlines.

Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
