Job Summary
Amazons Legal Department is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Web Services (AWS) a dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of the cloud computing and service industry.

Key job responsibilities
This attorney will primarily support AWS international expansion efforts working cross-functionally with a number of internal teams to plan and execute international expansion strategies. This attorney will provide ongoing legal counsel for senior executives and other business team members.
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 2 years of legal experience
- Experience in web services/cloud computing software licensing telecommunications or equivalent
- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
