About the Role:

As a Customer Support youll be the first point of contact for clients ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your excellent communication skills patience and problem-solving mindset will help deliver exceptional experiences to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers via phone email and chat by responding to inquiries resolving issues and offering general support.
Provide clear accurate and helpful information about products and services.
Manage updates changes and problem resolutions efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions to ensure consistent service quality.
Stay informed on company policies procedures and product updates to deliver accurate and dependable support.
Collaborate with team members and share feedback to enhance support processes and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level)
Proficiency in English (B1 level)
Turkish Citizenship
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
