Client Relations & BD Support Officer
Location: Gulberg Lahore
Working Style: Onsite / In-person
Reports to: BD Manager
Role Summary:
Ensure smooth client coordination documentation and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships and support the BD team in achieving its operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming calls emails and client inquiries promptly.
Prepare quotations proposals and reports in coordination with the BD Manager.
Maintain an organized client database and CRM records.
Schedule meetings prepare presentations and assist in client communication.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
Compile weekly activity and progress reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
12 years of experience in client coordination or office support (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Urdu.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
