Ko tōu ake mahi - What youll do
As a Digital Support Analyst youll be the first point of contact for Ministry staff delivering hands-on Level 1 support across desktops systems applications and digital assets. Youll play a key role in resolving incidents managing requests and ensuring a seamless support experienceworking closely with internal teams and external providers.
Triage resolve or escalate incidents and requests via ServiceNow keeping tickets accurate and within service level targets.
Coordinate with internal groups and external service providers to ensure timely effective issue resolution.
Manage digital assets end-to-endfrom provisioning and tracking to lifecycle maintenance.
Ko ngā pūkenga ōu - What youll bring
Proven experience in Level 1 IT support with hands-on knowledge of systems desktops and asset management.
Strong coordination skills working effectively with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues.
Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ensuring accurate ticket handling and documentation.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
A commitment to continuous improvement knowledge sharing and upholding public sector values of diversity and inclusion.
