Ko tōu ake mahi - What youll do

As a Digital Support Analyst youll be the first point of contact for Ministry staff delivering hands-on Level 1 support across desktops systems applications and digital assets. Youll play a key role in resolving incidents managing requests and ensuring a seamless support experienceworking closely with internal teams and external providers.

  • Triage resolve or escalate incidents and requests via ServiceNow keeping tickets accurate and within service level targets.

  • Coordinate with internal groups and external service providers to ensure timely effective issue resolution.

  • Manage digital assets end-to-endfrom provisioning and tracking to lifecycle maintenance.

  • Proven experience in Level 1 IT support with hands-on knowledge of systems desktops and asset management.

  • Strong coordination skills working effectively with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues.

  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ensuring accurate ticket handling and documentation.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • A commitment to continuous improvement knowledge sharing and upholding public sector values of diversity and inclusion.
