Were looking for a motivated German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to deliver outstanding service to travelers from around the world. If youre driven detail-oriented and love working in diverse teams this role offers you the chance to grow in a fast-paced international environment.

Your Role:

Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone email and chat
Assist with travel-related questions bookings and support
Handle inquiries with professionalism empathy and efficiency
Record all customer interactions accurately in our system
Collaborate with colleagues from around the globe to deliver world-class service

What Youll Need:

Native-level German and strong English (C1 minimum)
Currently living in Malta (or planning to relocate soon)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability for shifts including weekends
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential
A genuine interest in travel and international teamwork
