What Youll Do:

Support German-speaking customers with bookings inquiries and post-travel needs via phone chat and email
Deliver clear helpful solutions with empathy and professionalism
Handle requests efficiently while documenting interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with international colleagues to meet performance goals and delight customers

What You Bring:

Native-level German and fluent English (C1 minimum)
You live in Malta or are planning to relocate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Interest in travel and working in an international setting
