Job Summary

Position: Customer Service Representative with German

Location: Hybrid Qormi Malta (office)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all clients receive timely and professional support.
Manage and respond to incoming requests through multiple communication channels including email phone and live chat.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Support internal departments with investigations or verifications as required (e.g. compliance or fraud-related matters).
Conduct customer account verification and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and procedural standards.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Promote the organizations values services and products through professional communication and behavior.
Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive team-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native / fluent in German (C2) both verbal and written. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred (experience in online services or gaming is advantageous but not mandatory).
Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.
Detail-oriented proactive and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and technologies.
Strong sense of responsibility integrity and professionalism.
Basic understanding of verification processes (KYC) or willingness to learn.
