Role: German-speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens Greece

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

What Youll Be Doing:

Supporting international customers via phone chat or email

Solving issues and offering clear product guidance

Representing global tech retail or travel brands

Ensuring top-quality service with empathy and professionalism

Youre a Great Fit If You:

Speak German fluently (C1/native)

Have a good level of English (B2)

Communicate well and enjoy problem-solving

Are an EU citizen or legally allowed to work in Greece

Have basic computer skills
