Position: Hardware Engineer

Job Description:
The Hardware Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of company hardware solutions through comprehensive quality checks on-site deployment support and ongoing maintenance. The role involves conducting pre-deployment inspections (PDI) assisting with hardware installation and system integration at customer sites and performing troubleshooting and repairs at both the component and system levels. The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation and reporting to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Deployment Inspection (PDI):
- Conduct comprehensive quality control checks and functional tests on company products.
Deployment Support:
- Assist with the physical installation and configuration of company solution at various customer sites.
- Collaborate with field technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware integration network setup and initial system validation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks to maximize uptime. Diagnose and resolve hardware faults including circuit board-level issues component failures and system-level malfunctions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of all activities. Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical documentation repair logs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in an electrical engineering (electronics is plus) or related fields.
- Fundamental understanding of batteries electronics.
- Fundamental knowledge of embedded systems and hardware design.
- Skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters oscilloscopes and power supplies for fault isolation.
- Practical experience troubleshooting both hardware and related embedded software issues.
