Job Summary
Job Title: Commercial Landscape Project ManagerLocation: Kent OHJob Type: Full-time
Overview:Avid Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee landscape installation projects for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction project management and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of commercial landscape projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with clients architects subcontractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets timelines and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
- Supervise and direct field teams ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality address any issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Procure materials and equipment ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations including environmental and safety requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Construction Management Horticulture or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the commercial landscape industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices plant materials and irrigation systems.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites.
