Inviting applications for the role of VP- Sr. AI Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Architect to lead the design development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) Data Science (DS) and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems. This role involves architecting scalable AI infrastructures collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving innovation in AI-driven applications. As a senior leader you will mentor junior engineers evaluate emerging technologies and ensure alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Responsibilities
- **AI Architecture Design:** Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI systems including integration with Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Azure AI Azure Machine Learning Azure Cognitive Services) to build robust scalable solutions.
- **LLM Development and Optimization:** Design and implement solutions using LLMs such as OpenAIs GPT models or Azure OpenAI Service including fine-tuning prompt engineering and deployment for applications like natural language processing chatbots and content generation.
- **Data Science Integration:** Apply data science principles to develop predictive models perform advanced analytics and handle large-scale data processing using tools like Azure Databricks Synapse Analytics and Power BI.
- **Microsoft Stack Expertise:** Architect solutions within the MS ecosystem frameworks Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and integration with Microsoft 365 tools for AI-enhanced productivity.
- **Collaboration and Leadership:** Work closely with data engineers software developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. Mentor team members on best practices in AI and DS.
- **Performance and Security:** Ensure AI systems are optimized for performance cost-efficiency and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA). Implement security measures using Azure Security Center.
- **Innovation and Research:** Stay abreast of advancements in AI LLMs and DS; prototype new ideas and recommend adoption of technologies like Azure ML Studio or custom ML pipelines.
- **Deployment and Maintenance:** Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- **Experience:** Relevant years in AI architecture software engineering or related roles with at least minimum years focused on Microsoft technologies and AI/ML projects.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field. PhD preferred.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Stack: Azure cloud Core C# SQL Server and Azure Functions.
Expertise in LLMs: Hands-on experience with model training fine-tuning (e.g. using Hugging Face Transformers integrated with Azure) and ethical AI practices.
Strong Data Science background: Proficiency in Python/R for DS statistical modeling machine learning frameworks (e.g. Scikit-learn TensorFlow/PyTorch on Azure) and big data tools.
Familiarity with DevOps practices containerization (Docker Kubernetes on Azure AKS) and API development (e.g. RESTful services).
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong communicator English in spoken and written form
Excellent problem-solving abilities strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and proven leadership in agile environments.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments or multi-cloud integrations.
Publications or contributions to open-source AI/DS projects.
Knowledge of emerging trends like generative AI multimodal models or AI ethics frameworks.
