Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a conversational manner within a fast-paced work environment.
To ensure we can handle our customers needs our employees must be punctual dependable and reliable. Requirements: Ability to quickly access information and make decisions- Ability to effectively multi-task and navigate multiple systems
- Excellent written verbal and keyboarding skills
- Proficient with MS Software programs (Outlook Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience is a plus
