Data Entry Specialist II

Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your data processing skills Join our dynamic Commercial Real Estate team in Seattle as a Data Entry Specialist II. Our client is often looking for them to support their ongoing business needs.

For this 6-month temp/contract role you must have knowledge of real estate or commercial real estate. This position is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in internal database systems. Accountable for the entry of raw data and subsequent translation into valuable information supporting business operations and performance analysis.

What youll do:

• Review details of documents to ensure required data for processing order/data is complete.
• Establish/maintain data naming conventions definitions to improve data quality.
• Ability to accurately and timely process data in high volumes.
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
• Follow standardized procedures to complete routine tasks and resolve basic issues.
• Proactively communicate with team members and internal/external clients.
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
• Sorts and routes mail correspondence packages and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

• Has 1-2 years of related work experience
• Is dependable punctual and professional
• Has great attention to detail
• Has a high school diploma

Current Start Date: October 13 2025 Pay Range: $29.00-$32.00/hour Location - Seattle WA 98101
