Operations Specialist
Role summary- As an Operation Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our cross-border payment operations. This role focuses on day-to-day transaction processing customer onboarding and operational risk control. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows enhance compliance and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What youll do
- Execute daily cross-border payment operations including customer onboarding (KYC) transaction monitoring payment review reconciliation and reporting.
- Work closely with sales product and compliance teams to deliver integrated operational and risk solutions.
- Identify investigate and escalate abnormal customer activities or transactions.
- Support product reviews business assessments and risk evaluations providing operational insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency SLA performance and customer experience.
Who you are
- 3 years payment business operations experience in cross-border payments domestic payments and banking.
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Understanding of cross-border payment operations and risk management practices..
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
