No to Violence is Australias largest peak body dedicated to supporting services and individuals working with men who use family violence. We operate several key programs including the national Mens Referral Service the national Brief Intervention Services and the Victorian-based Perpetrator Accommodation Support Service. About the Role

The Project Support Services Database Development role is an integral part of NTVs Projects Team supporting the design and delivery of a new online National Directory of Services for people who use or are at risk of using violence.

Youll work closely with the Project Officer Services Mapping to vet service providers manage data entry and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of a comprehensive national services database. Youll also assist with promotional activities stakeholder communication and contribute to ongoing project improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct eligibility and risk profile checks for nominated services and providers.
  • Manage data entry and service record creation for the National Directory.
  • Communicate with service providers using standard templates and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Conduct desktop research to identify additional providers for outreach.
  • Coordinate delivery of project materials and support awareness-building activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality and process consistency.

About You

You are detail-oriented organised and thrive on contributing to meaningful projects. You bring initiative and a strong sense of responsibility with experience in managing information accurately and effectively.

You will also have:

  • Experience with risk profiling frameworks or database management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • An understanding of cultural competency and respect for diverse communities.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge or experience in the family violence social services or community sector.
  • Experience in product or database development.
