Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field

• 8 years of experience in healthcare marketing with a focus on Medicare Advantage

• Deep understanding of CMS regulations Medicare enrollment periods and member engagement strategies

• Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends member insights and campaign performance data

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree or certification in Marketing or Business

• Experience in product marketing or sales enablement for Medicare plans

• Familiarity with member journey mapping and segmentation strategies

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing or campaign analytics
