Project/Program: CONNECTIONSJob Description:
Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.
Day to Day:
Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person email and telephone
provide direct on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
provide instruction on newly released functionality
deliver presentations to line staff
monitor compliance with data entry requirements
review training materials
provide technical assistance with data warehouse
Mandatory Qualifications:
IT Specialist: Works in the field of Information Technology experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Mid-Level: 36 - 60 months: Candidate is able to work independently without assistance.
Requested Qualifications:
- 36 months of experience providing IT support to users.
- 36 months of experience providing implementation support services.
- 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective foster care/permanency or preventive services.
- 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application. Child welfare is defined as child protective foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- Backelors Degree
