Job Summary

Job Description:

An opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager & Operational Surveillance has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES

You will participate and /or lead development and deployment projects for the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives in the Transport and Logistic area.

It will be focused on:

- Process performance and product adherence to standards

- Reliability of processes

- Repeatability of processes at initial design phase before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.

-Audit inputs ( internal and external)

SKILLS

Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

Experience in some of this areas: Quality Production Quality MAP or Manufacturing Engineering

A400M experience

SAP SIPLA and CAPRI knowledge

Non-conformities process knowledge (HNC Concession QSR Event & SARI)

Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving knowledge

Programming and Artificial Intelligence knowledge

Quality Authorization & Competences management processes knowledge

Proactive person.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organized & Structured.

Advanced level in English and Spanish.

Strong Customer orientation.
