We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager GCC (Excluding KSA) based in DUBAI Eelectron HBA DMCC
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify pursue and close new sales opportunities in the GCC (excluding KSA) for Eelectrons KNX automation solutions.
Build and maintain a strong project pipeline by working closely with consultants developers system integrators and contractors.
Achieve regional sales targets and contribute to the companys growth strategy in the Middle East.
Key Account Management
Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key partners across the hospitality commercial and residential sectors.
Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Project Support & Technical Competence
Provide commercial and technical support during all stages of the project lifecycle - from design specification and quotation to execution and commissioning.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of a competitive solution offering to channel partners
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor regional market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
Represent Eelectron at trade shows events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead Eelectrons business activities across the GCC region (excluding KSA).
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing key customer relationships identifying and securing new business opportunities and promoting our full range of KNX-based control and automation solutions. This role requires both commercial acumen and technical understanding to support complex project sales across hospitality commercial and high-end residential sectors.
Qualifications & Skills
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French are highly preferred.
Driving License: Valid UAE or transferable GCC driving license is required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in building automation or control systems.
Proven expertise in KNX systems and applications across hospitality commercial and residential sectors.
Strong project sales background including working with consultants developers and system integrators.
Skills:
Excellent key account management and negotiation skills.
Strong technical understanding of KNX solutions and control systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients across diverse geographies.
Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently.
