Job Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented UX Researcher to join our team in Riyadh for a 1-year project.
In this role you will lead and support various user research activities including user interviews usability testing focus groups and accessibility assessments.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute UX research projects including defining research strategies preparing scripts and setting up research environments.
Conduct and moderate research sessions such as usability testing user interviews card sorting and focus groups.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs objectives and user challenges.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear actionable insights.
Present and communicate research results to design product and development teams.
Perform desk research activities (heuristic evaluations competitor analysis comparable product reviews etc.).
Recruit and screen participants that match user personas and testing criteria.
Create user personas journey maps and other research deliverables.
Support in usability and accessibility evaluations to ensure inclusive design outcomes.
Manage multiple research tasks simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Saudi Nationality (Male or Female).
Based in Riyadh presence required for in-person research sessions.
1-year project-based role starting ASAP (with potential extension).
Minimum 2 years of experience in UX Research or related fields (UX/UI Design with research involvement).
Proven experience conducting user testing and qualitative research.
Arabic fluency is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design usability and interaction design principles.
Familiarity with accessibility standards is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
