A respected and mission-driven ABA practice is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead its growing team in the Salt Lake City area. This is an exciting opportunity to help build an organization dedicated to compassionate collaborative and high-quality care for children and teens with autism.
Position Highlights:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision
- Oversee quality of care treatment integrity and client outcomes
- Support recruitment onboarding and development of clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards
- Partner with operations to ensure efficient scheduling documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field
- Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience in ABA therapy
- Strong interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
- A collaborative mindset and passion for developing a new practice.
Compensation & Details:
- Competitive salary: $100000 $125000 annually
- Full-time schedule
- 401K 3% match after 6 months
- PTO of 21 days including 6 national holidays
- Flexible leadership structure bonuses and long-term advancement opportunities
- Immediate start date.
