Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Clinical Director (BCBA) Full Time - Salt Lake City Utah

A respected and mission-driven ABA practice is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead its growing team in the Salt Lake City area. This is an exciting opportunity to help build an organization dedicated to compassionate collaborative and high-quality care for children and teens with autism.

Position Highlights:

Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision
Oversee quality of care treatment integrity and client outcomes
Support recruitment onboarding and development of clinical staff
Ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards
Partner with operations to ensure efficient scheduling documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field
Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience in ABA therapy
Strong interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
A collaborative mindset and passion for developing a new practice.

Compensation & Details:

Competitive salary: $100000 $125000 annually
Full-time schedule
401K 3% match after 6 months
PTO of 21 days including 6 national holidays
Flexible leadership structure bonuses and long-term advancement opportunities
Immediate start date.
