Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and monitor annual budgets forecasts and business plans.
Review monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis with actionable
insights.
Recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions as per ITC and
statutory guidelines.
Oversee preparation of P&L statements balance sheets and cash flow reports.
Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements including GST
TDS and other statutory filings.
Cost Control & Inventory Management
Monitor departmental expenses and implement effective cost control measures.
Oversee inventory management across F&B housekeeping and other operational
departments.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining guest service standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead mentor and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and accountability.
Conduct regular reviews to improve team performance and process efficiency.
Strategic Partnership
Partner with the General Manager to provide financial insights that drive key
business decisions.
Support initiatives for revenue growth margin improvement and process
streamlining.
Contribute to long-term business sustainability and operational excellence.
