About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Concur Associate to support the rollout maintenance and daily operations of our SAP Concur Travel & Expense Management System.

This is an entry-level role suitable for recent graduates in Accounting Finance or Computer Science who are eager to develop a career at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day administration of the SAP Concur system including user setup expense report reviews and troubleshooting.
Help test and document system configurations process updates and new feature rollouts.
Respond to basic user queries or issues escalating complex matters to senior team members or the Concur support team.
Prepare and validate reports or dashboards from Concur for Clients.
Participate in system implementation projects and integration testing with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA).
Work closely with our Project Delivery Team on Concur implementation
Maintain/Update documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guideses.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship or project exposure in finance operations ERP or system implementation will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of expense management or financial workflows.
Familiarity with SAP Concur ERP systems or automation tools (advantageous but not mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
Knowledge of data integration or scripting (for Computer Science graduates) is a plus.

Soft Skills

- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team player proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Finance HR IT).
