A&A TAS Consultant
Role Overview:
As a senior staff in Deloittes Transaction Accounting Support Group you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients through complex capital market transactions with a strong emphasis on IPO-related audit engagements. You will contribute to high-quality audit execution regulatory compliance and client readiness for public listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing audits for IPO engagements including Singapore and Hong Kong listings.
- Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with IFRS SFRS(I) and relevant listing requirements.
- Support the preparation and review of prospectuses and offering documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical accounting and reporting issues related to IPO readiness.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Obtained pursuing or strongly motivated to pursue Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience preferably with exposure to capital markets or IPO engagements.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- A strong understanding of relevant listing rules (e.g. SGX HKEX) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
