A&A TAS Consultant

Role Overview:

As a senior staff in Deloittes Transaction Accounting Support Group you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients through complex capital market transactions with a strong emphasis on IPO-related audit engagements. You will contribute to high-quality audit execution regulatory compliance and client readiness for public listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing audits for IPO engagements including Singapore and Hong Kong listings.
Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with IFRS SFRS(I) and relevant listing requirements.
Support the preparation and review of prospectuses and offering documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Identify and resolve technical accounting and reporting issues related to IPO readiness.
Supervise and mentor junior staff ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

At least a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Obtained pursuing or strongly motivated to pursue Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years of audit experience preferably with exposure to capital markets or IPO engagements.
Strong understanding of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
A strong understanding of relevant listing rules (e.g. SGX HKEX) is a plus.
Excellent analytical communication and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
