Our client located in the north-eastern suburbs is a leading Australian engineering company specialising in advanced motion technology and precision manufacturing. With a reputation for innovation reliability and excellence they supportindustries acrossdefence automotive and industrial sectors.

Whats in it for you:

Monday to Thursday 6 am-2:40 pm. Friday 6 am-12:10 pm
From $48-52 per hour based on experience
Temp-to-perm opportunitiesfor reliable and high-performing candidates
Ongoing stable workwith consistent hours Monday to Friday required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Operating setting up and/or programming CNC machinesincluding:
- 3-5 Axis Machines
- OKUMA HAAS & MAZAK machines.
Using Mastercam 2024for programming and toolpath optimisation
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Conducting quality checks and maintaining accuracy within tight tolerances
Following all safety policies and procedures

Who we are looking for:

Experience in CNC operation setup and/or programming
Exposure to steel machiningor precision components manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willingness to work across Day Afternoon or Night shifts
Positive safety-focused attitude and team spirit
