Synergie Australia is seeking Manufacturing Operators for a renowned confectionery company located in Glynde.

The important parts:

Day shift: 6:00am 2:06pm (5 shifts a week) $31.18 per hour
Afternoon shift: 2:00pm 10:06pm (5 shifts a week) $35.85 per hour
Night shift:10:00pm - 6:06am (45 shifts a week- roster provided weekly) $40.54 per hour

What you will be required to do:

As a Manufacturing Operator you will play an important role in supporting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Operate within a fast-paced food production and packaging environment
Complete repetitive tasks and movements safely and efficiently
Apply and follow food hygiene principles (HACCP)
Lift up to 20kg as required
Contribute to a team-focused workplace culture

To be successful in the role you will:

Be comfortable with repetitive tasks in a busy environment
Be physically fit and attentive to detail
Communicate effectively with your team
Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality
Have full working rights in Australia (must be available for full-time hours)
Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
