Job Summary and Responsibilities
At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. The Emergency Services DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. We have been in the community addressing emergent needs for more than 50 years and are ready to handle everything from minor emergencies to the most life threatening situations.
Level One Trauma Center
Accredited Chest Pain Center
Designated Cardiac Arrest Center
Primary Stroke Center
Board certified doctors and registered nurses trained in adult and pediatric emergency medicine
State of the Art equipment
Self-Scheduling
Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18000 over five years while part-time employees can receive up to $9000.#
Job Requirements
Minimum:
- ADN Diploma or foreign equivalent
- Current AZ State RN License in good standing
- Current AHA BLS healthcare provider card
- Current AHA ACLS card (American Heart Association) within 9 months of hire
- AHA PALS or ENA ENPC within 12 months of hire
- TNCC or equivalent within 1 year of hire
Preferred:
- Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty
- Charge Nurse experience
- BSN
- Previous experience with personal computers
