Job Summary
Overview
Our Product Liability team advises on a wide range of risk and governance issues and provides expert support on product compliance claims product recall crisis management and litigation. While our core focus is product liability covering pre-litigation planning and litigation management we also help clients reduce exposure through process reviews quality assurance and product regulatory compliance.
We have extensive experience defending complex multi-party and cross-border litigation often involving multiple claims across jurisdictions. These matters demand swift strategic action to protect reputation and achieve practical outcomes. Drawing on our international network we deliver integrated advice quickly and effectively.

- Pharmaceuticals and medical devices
- Consumer goods food and beverages
- Commercial products equipment and vehicles
- Toxic exposure
- Automotive products and component parts
The Role
As an Associate or Supervising Associate you will work on high-profile disputes and advisory matters for clients in sectors such as life sciences technology and consumer goods.
Youll manage complex product liability matters including multi-party and cross-border litigation regulatory investigations and novel product launches and contribute to strategic planning and crisis response. This role offers exposure to challenging cases often involving cutting-edge products and technologies requiring strong analytical skills commercial awareness and collaboration with international teams.

- Experience managing complex litigation and advisory matters
- A client-focused commercially driven mindset
