Deine Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von ServiceNow-Requestsund Support-Anfragen (Telefon E-Mail Ticketsystem)
• Installation Konfiguration und Troubleshooting von Hard- und Software
• Betreuung und Support des Aptos Retail POS Systems
• Administration von Benutzerkonten und IT-Systemen
• Kommunikation mit internen Anwender*innen und externen Partnern
• Gerätebestand verwalten (Seriennummern Versand Asset-Datenbank usw.)
• Dokumentation von Prozessen und Weitergabe von IT-Lösungen
• Selbstständige Arbeit und aktive Unterstützung bei Store-Eröffnungen in Deutschland und Europa
• Technischer Part bei Store Openings (POS/Server vorbereiten Meraki Go-Live Support)
• Imaging & Einbindung von Kassenzubehör (Scanner Drucker Kassenlade)
• Support für Zahlungsterminals (Pairing Konfig Verbindungs-/Abrechnungsprobleme)

Dein Profil

• Ausbildung/Studium im IT-Bereich und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows OS/10 MS Office (2007/2010/2013) Office 365sowie Windows Server 2016/2019
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Arbeitssprache)
• Erfahrung mit IT-Support idealerweise im Retail-Umfeld (POS-Systeme Netzwerke Hardware)
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabeund sehr gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Organisationstalent und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Gelegentliche Reisen in Deutschland und Europa
