About the Role
This position is primarily responsible for performing hardware qualification testing conducting the pre- and post-functional role is focused on performing hardware qualification testing. The Candidate must have well teamwork with team members and can give helpful suggestion base on test result is more prefer. It is expected as opportunities arise to support our colleagues in areas such as test plan definition and test methodology development. With an automotive background 17025 knowhow is preferred too.
What You Will Do
Understand automotive customer test requirements and international spec.
Familiar with environmental test items and purposes such as temperature test humidity test random vibration test thermal shock etc.
Prepare the test samples test harness fixtures and other support stuff for internal lab and external lab tests.
Execute test items according to test plan daily check the test raw data and results.
Responsible for test software debug test hardware debug equipment trouble shooting.
Make sure all tests should be done in time in quality.
Working out lesson learnt when a trouble occurred.
Training Associate engineer and technician to perform the tests.
Another assigned task.
What You Need to Be Successful
BEE (Bachelor of Electrical) or above in related field.
At least 3 years related experience in automotive testing and lab.
Skilled in MS Excel Power point Word Project and so on.
Familiar with the test equipment including the oscilloscope power supply multi-meter and so on.
Good English communication ability.
Bonus Points if You Have
Sufficient knowledge test methodology and chamber operation vibration table experience is a desire.
Familiar with Automotive international reliability standards. Knowledge of automotive OEM specs is a plus.
Qualified knowledge in the reliability field speaker amplifier head unit test experience would be a priority.
17025 internal auditor is a desire.
Aware of problem-solving methodology.
