Job Summary
Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Service Deskto join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support across Latin America interacting with clients via chat (85%) and calls (15%);
- Level 1 support (handling questions routing requests and providing IT service assistance).
Requirements:
- Knowledge in IT microcomputing Windows and Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced Spanish for conversation.
Work Model: On-site (at the office in Nova Lima/MG)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM
