Job Summary

Were expanding and seeking a motivated Commercial Administrator in Erskine Park Sydney. Reporting to the Commercial Manager youll support sales parts and service operations by handling administrative tasks related to financial processes and compliance.

This role ensures efficient workflows accurate contract documentation prompt invoicing and financial reporting in line with company policies and client needs.

We want a proactive individual passionate about delivering quality financial and commercial support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payments liaising with customers to ensure timely collection and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support expenditure management including invoices purchase orders and asset records
  • Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
  • Provide budgeting forecasting and contract support
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

About you

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Strong literacy numeracy and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in intermediate computer skills and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities open to change and personal development
  • Ability to make competent decisions and act responsibly within your scope of work
