Job Summary

This is not permanent a Longmeadow Public School District is currently accepting applications for Substitute Teachers Paraprofessionals and Secretaries for the 2024-2025 school year which begins on August 27 2024. Please complete the online application to be considered for a substitute position in the district. Substitutes fill in when there are openings due to a staff members absence. Online applications are reviewed on a regular basis. Qualified applicants will be required to meet with an Administrator for an interview. Upon being hired as a Substitute Teacher applicants must complete payroll forms a CORI application and a fingerprinting application. Please note that all offers of employment are conditional upon receipt of satisfactory CORI and fingerprint results as determined by the employer. The district utilizes Absence Management an online substitute fulfillment software to meet all substitute needs. Substitutes are able to manage their work schedule through Absence Management.
