Work you will do

Deloitte helps organizations create great experiences find their customers and audiences and drive through to acquisition retention and loyalty. User Research

• Conduct user research through interviews surveys testing and analytics to uncover needs and pain points
• Translate findings into journey maps and artifacts to guide design decisions

Design Thinking Workshops

• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions
• Collaborate with teams to define goals prioritize features and brainstorm ideas

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and align on requirements
• Communicate research concepts and updates effectively
• Incorporate feedback while upholding user-centered design principles

Team Collaboration

• Partner with designers PMs and developers for iterative design
• Mentor junior UX team members and foster collaboration across teams

Detailed Design

• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and refine design systems for consistency and scalability

Enough about us lets talk about you

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 years of related design experience; Working across a large organization with varying technical skill levels. Ability to work deep in the trenches with cross-functional teams on product design and ownership.
• Experience in working in a wide variety of modern design tools like Sketch Figma Adobe XD and Miro
