Assignment Details
Length of Assignment: 12 months Fixed term Contract
Days & Hours: Monday Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay rate: ORD $35.80
Position Overview
The Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the achievement of organisational goals by delivering high-quality administrative support across various business functions. This role ensures efficient operations through timely task completion data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
- Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS SW regulations etc)
- Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
- Booking scheduled services
- Dispute resolution
- Updating services with new information (POs Access requirements etc)
Skills & Experience:
- Previous call centre experience and multitasking with all the typical soft skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a corporate or office environment.
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- High attention to details
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
