Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication enjoy problem-solving and value meaningful client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their satisfaction and supporting them throughout their journey with SkillBridge Academy.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Provide exceptional support by addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining client satisfaction.
Manage and update client records accurately in company databases.
Assist in preparing client reports presentations and follow-up documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and retention.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all client interactions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in client services administrative support or account management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
A positive proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
