POSITION SUMMARY: The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) supports the development of overseas infrastructure projects that advance the shared strategic interests of the United States and its overseas partners. These projects offer opportunities for the export of trusted U.S. solutions including technology goods and services that support U.S. jobs. This opportunity provides program and administrative support services primarily in support of but not limited to the Agencys records management program from origination of the records through their eventual disposition and disposal.Duties include- Creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures.
- Evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff.
- Provide clinical and non-clinical supervision of the practices of screening evaluation and handling of clients. Ensure treatment plans and all referrals are being resourced properly.
- Provide on-site technical support troubleshoot issues with AV equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity; presentations or visual material access.
- Create and edit audio-visual content such as presentations and videos.
- Setup conference board or training rooms.
- Initiate data input and continuously update electronic data in USTDAs Information Management System(s) including but not limited to MS SharePoint TDAMIS etc. This includes the organization and verification of fiscal program and project management contract and grant and all other related information data prior to input of data in USTDAs Management Information System(s).
- Provide input as requested from the Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Deputy CIO to assist with the testing resolution of system problems and the upgrade of USTDAs Information Management System(s) to ensure validity and reliability of agency data.
- Obtain data from the Information Management System and run data reports as requested.
- Create process inventory organize and maintain USTDAs library holdings database (project/program reports) which primarily consists of but is not limited to feasibility studies desk study/definitional mission/reverse trade mission final reports etc.
- Maintain and segregate the public and confidential reports. Maintain an accurate inventory of project/program reports. Maintain the USTDA library holdings database in USTDAs Information Management System(s).
- Support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program.
