Work youll do
Mergers and Acquisition
The successful candidate will work in a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team providing M&A tax advisory services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include advising on local and international corporate tax issues including cross-border restructuring tax treaties withholding tax permanent establishment mergers and acquisitions tax matters (e.g. tax due diligence acquisition tax structuring post-merger integration etc.) and drafting tax advisory memos or reports.

Requirements
You should have 0 to at least 1 year of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Law or other business-related field with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA. An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication inter-personal and writing skills with a passion to learn including proficient in Microsoft programs of word excel and powerpoint
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality work as well as work with multiple team leaders.
