Job Summary

TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a students life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently the college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved on making any event a successful right from the planning stages to the execution and the post event activities.

TribeVibe with the combined experience of over 500 events and with expertise ranging from artist bookings data management ticketing brand tie ups production to the overall management & execution of events intend to be the one-stop solution for these festivals and deliver creative and insightful methods to shape these festivals.

Your Role

Preparing of Detailed Element Sheet department/category-wise.
Preparing Venue Layout to help in the right bifurcation and categories & for better Customer experience.
Procuring Vendor cost from 2/3 agencies. Compare quotes and proposals from different vendors to determine the most cost-effective. Preparing Post Event Reports
Create a timeline outlining key milestones and deadlines. Coordinate with vendors and volunteers for on-site setup and logistics. Oversee event day operations including registration guest services stage management and technical support.
Monitor the schedule and adjust as needed to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
By effectively managing and guiding the team for production activities and investing in knowledge sharing and training for upcoming events you can ensure your team is well-prepared and equipped to execute successful live events.
Finding the Right Venues according to event requirements & building a relationship with them
Preparing Production Checklist and setup timeline with the support of Agencies

Your Checklist

Knowledge of Production Execution and Planning
Experience in event management
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Budget management to understand the big picture of an event
Works well under pressure and can work on multiple projects simultaneously
