Job Summary
This role is suitable for a F&B Team Leader looking to set-up or a Supervisor looking for a change.
- Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department
- Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests making everyone feel welcome and valued
- Constant communication with all departments
- Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items beverage items and hotel services.
- Supervising guiding and training the team in departmental policy and procedures as well as product knowledge
- Develop a sales approach and passion for driving and generating business
Qualifications :
- A willingness to learn and passion to teach
- Previous F&B experience in banquets & restaurants with strong product and industry knowledge
- Possess a strong work ethic and is flexible to work weekends public holidays and evenings
- Valid NSW RSA Competency card
- Must have full working rights in Australia - we do not offer sponsorship for the role
