As a Rehabilitation Consultant here youll be surrounded by colleagues who lift each other up and youll be equipped with tailored training tools and mentorship to help you thrive both professionally and personally.
You will also have the opportunity to work across Ballarat & the South West region of Victoria giving you the opportunity to service a diverse caseload see beautiful surrounds and enjoy the flexibility & autonomy to manage your own day.
Some of your day to day includes:
- Case management (caseloads are manageable and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs and applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to health and work outcomes
- Working collaboratively with injured workers employers medical and allied health professionals & completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills such as Functional Capacity Evaluations Worksite Assessments Ergonomic Assessments and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.

- A qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong interpersonal skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders!
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills
- Empathy paired with genuine compassion and kindness makes all the difference in this role.
- Patience and resilience - essential for navigating challenges and supporting clients through their recovery journey
- A current VIC Drivers License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must!
