Job Duties:
Oversee property control functions including tagging tracking and reconciling agency assets
Maintain inventory records in accordance with the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency (LPAA) guidelines
Coordinate equipment transfers disposals and surplus documentation
Assist with purchasing receiving and invoice processing for facility operations
Prepare reports and audits related to property and asset management
Collaborate with facility staff regional business offices and central administration to ensure compliance
Support general administrative tasks including filing data entry and correspondence
Serve as a liaison for property-related inquiries and audits
Work Location: This vacancy is located at Office of Juvenile Justice-Central Office in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
