Job Summary
NEW CLEAN ROOM TECHNICIAN BASED IN ANDOVER.
Our client based in Andover Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex electronics for a range of industries like aerospace medical and automotive.
In this hands-on role youll be working with advanced microelectronics processes supporting the production of high-quality assemblies and components. Youll handle specialised tools and equipment ensuring every product meets our exacting standards for performance and reliability.
Responsibilities as an Clean Room Technician in Andover.
- Operate and maintain cleanroom manufacturing equipmentfrom setup and operation to safe shutdown.
- Assemble microelectronic products using die bonding and wire bonding processes to exact specifications.
- Monitor process quality ensuring equipment performance and product standards are consistently achieved.
- Record and maintain production data ensuring full compliance with internal and external quality systems.
- Identify and communicate issues with process or product quality escalating when needed to Engineering or Management.
- Support maintenance activities to keep equipment running efficiently.
Requirements as a Clean Room Technicianin Andover.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment ideally in Electronics Medical Laboratory or Scientific fields.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamworking skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality documentation.
