How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Talent processes include Talent Identification Performance management Talent Reviews Mentoring and Coaching and Exit interviews. We as Talent manager lead these processes across the world and monitor their performance.
Your role will be to support the Talent Management Directors in improving the performance of these Air Liquide practices on talent development.
The main missions include :
People Analytics :
conduct data analysis on key populations such as Technical Experts High potential key competencies
Highlight trends and key points
Build Dashboards
Track the Performance of the Key processes :
Exit interviews Career discussions and Performance management (how are we doing / what are the trends)
Prepare communication on results for the monthly/quarterly Talent Managers team meetings
Conduct Benchmarking analysis on Talent Management best practices
Develop Talent Management standards and policies
Are you a MATCH
Master 2 in Business or Engineering school - HR major or experience
You have some professional experience.
You are multicultural: fluent english / Professional level in french
You are keen to work as part of an international team with international stakeholders
You are enthusiastic about sustainability inclusion & diversity and how both can change the world
You are dependable and well-organized including daring to asking for help
Air Liquide is certified Happy Trainees.
The internship takes place in the Groups historic headquarters in the center of Paris on the Quai dOrsay.
Desired start date: From January 5th
Duration: 6 months
Remuneration: depending on profile (between 1300 and 1600/month)
