Reporting to the Vice Chair for Administration and Finance/Executive Director for Administration Finance and Ambulatory Services supports the Department of Pediatrics and Mount Sinai Childrens (MSC) across all locations.
In this capacity the Program Director will work closely with stakeholders to assist in the execution of priorities as they pertain to pediatric programs and initiatives ensuring that all relevant information is available to support the planning and execution process.
Other Duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree Preferred
5 years of experience in health care finance or administration required.
Strategic Planning and Execution formulating policy building and developing financial plans.
Managing resources and leading successful teams.
Budget accountability: Plans budget needs by analyzing short and long-term program plans.
Collaborates with the Center Lead Finance and Pediatric/MSC Administration to assure the completion of the annual budget and subsequent monitoring of financial status of the department.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
Analytical problem solving managerial skills required.
