Job Summary

The HR Marketing Department at N-iX is looking for a Junior Event Coordinator to join our creative and highly professional team in Ukraine.
Together we will organize memorable internal and external events that inspire our people celebrate our culture and showcase N-iX as a great place to work.

As a Junior Event Coordinator you will help bring ideas to life by supporting talent engagement initiatives company celebrations community events and employer branding activities.

Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and support internal events (celebrations office openings themed events)
Organize team-building activities
Coordinate and support external events.
Manage N-iX presence at conferences and tech community events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of experience in event management
Upper-Intermediate English
Creative and proactive mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be ready to learn adapt & initiate quickly
Be ready for often business trips in Ukraine (Kyiv mostly)
