Your role:
In this role you have the opportunity to Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology
You are responsible for:
- Find business opportunities to develop Social EC Channel business of Philips beauty products. Leverage resource to increase market share and maximize sell-out -Manage dealers and coordinate resource allocation;
-Achieve sustainable e-commence business growth through the winning strategy capable account portfolio effective cross-functional collaboration;
-Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales site traffic conversion analysis marketing programs;
-Formulate recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the campaign activities.
Minimum required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management familiar with Douyin channel rules and resources;
- Experienced account manager who is familiar with e-commence market place development with proven track of record;
- Master of key trade partner relationship & development;
- Good coordinator in a matrix organization cross functions and brand portfolio;
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels;
- Evidence of ability to track measure marketing ROI and brand metrics;
- English Writing Skills.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
