Synergie is seeking anExperienced Pick Packer for a global leader in supply chain solutions proudly supporting some of the worlds biggest quick-service restaurant brandslocated in Gepps Cross.

Due to continued growth and increasing operational demands we are now seeking highly experienced Pick Packer to join their fast-paced dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack chilled and frozen products
• Operate pallet jacks or trolleys safely
• Maintain stock accuracy and follow picking slips or RF scanners / voice pickers
• Work efficiently to reach targets
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 612 months pick packing experience (freezer/chiller environment preferred)
• Comfortable working in cold conditions (protective gear provided)
• Ability to lift up to 10kg - 20kg and be on your feet
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
